Thanks to everyone that came out to the 2016 Randy's Run 5K Run/Walk on Memorial Day at Purgatory Creek Park, site of the Eden Prairie Veterans Memorial. We enjoyed a perfect morning, awarded lots of prizes, and most importantly, we honored the men and women who have given their lives to keep our country safe. Thanks for another great event this year!

“With each passing year since Randy’s Run was founded, we have been blessed to honor our classmate and share his story with the Eden Prairie community. What started as grief and honor for Randy’s ultimate sacrifice has blossomed into a celebration of all men and women, along with their families, who serve to protect our country. I could not be more pleased with how this event retains the history of Randy’s Run while incorporating new ways to give back to our men and women in the military."

“Randy was one of the first classmates I met when I moved to Eden Prairie at the end of 8th Grade. As soon as I heard that a group of my classmates had created Randy's Run in his honor, I knew that I had to participate, first as a runner, and subsequently as an organizer. I'm thankful to Randy for his service, and ultimately giving his life, and I'm thankful that our organization can honor him by giving back to our community.”
